Welcome to Just Move January 2025! This is our second time doing Just Move January and I am so excited to spend the entire month together. This year our program is a true workout challenge y’all! We are going to work hard this year. So let me break down the details. The program is 31 days of daily Dance and Sculpt classes.

The classes will vary in length from 15 to 45 minutes, with one Live Dance party every single week. It’s suggested to have two sets of weights, something light between 1 – 3 pounds and something heavier between 5 – 12 pounds. If all you have is body weight, that’s more than okay too!

We will have all of your favorite music genres, from Rock to EDM to Metal to Pop. We’ve got a little bit of everything!

Your goal is to just show up and move. It’s not going to be easy. I’m a very positive, sugar coating kind of person but you should know…this is a challenge!

There will be days you don’t want to come to class, days where it will be easier to make an excuse than to make time. But we are practicing keeping a commitment to ourselves. So on the days that you truly don’t want to, I challenge you to just turn on the video even if you have no intention of doing it.

Have it on in the background. Listen to the music and you’ll instantly see your mood start to change and you will want to keep this promise to yourself. That promise being to just move. If you know me, you know I truly believe that movement can be healing. That movement can change your day and in-turn change your entire life.

Starting the year off with a focus on movement means stepping into your power with joy. And this is Day one of the month. Day one of the new year and day one of being a stronger and more resilient version of you. I know I’m ready. Are you ready? We are going to have such a good time this month.
